A leading retailer in consumer goods with a presence globally is looking for investment executives to be part of their expansion!

Your new role

• Take the lead in identifying and assessing strategic investment opportunities such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JV), and partnerships.

• Develop financial models to assess the potential financial outcomes of proposed investments.

• Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitors, and benchmark industry standards.

• Manage the due diligence process for prospective investments, analyzing financial health, operational strengths, market position, and associated risks.

• Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals, collaborating with legal, finance, and operations teams to secure terms that align with strategic goals.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, legal advisors, consultants, and potential business partners.

What you'll need to succeed

• Up to 3 years or more of experience in corporate finance working in consulting, investment or private equity firms.

• Strong commercial insight and business judgment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
