IT Business Analyst in Medical Distribution

Your new role

  • Project & Process Management: Lead IT projects, prepare quotations, document business requirements, model processes, and identify improvement opportunities in agile environments.
  • Technical & System Support: Manage IT systems, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of tech services.
  • Testing & Documentation: Prepare URS, UAT, manuals, test scripts/cases, conduct internal testing, and ensure software readiness before user acceptance.
  • Training & Compliance: Conduct user training, maintain tech inventory, ensure policy compliance, advise on IT upgrades, and support users with access and guidance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s in Computing, Technology, Accounting, or Finance with IT exposure, and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in IT project management with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Solid understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web/cloud technologies, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent client-facing, internal communication, and written/verbal skills.
