Your new role

As an IT Innovation Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing digital innovation initiatives that support enterprise growth and long‑term transformation. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, you will identify emerging trends, translate insights into actionable strategies, and drive the development of user‑centric digital experiences. This role spans strategy, research, and execution—taking innovation concepts from idea to pilot and into live implementation.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 5 years of experience in digital innovation, digital transformation, or digital business environments. You will bring strong capabilities in market research, trend analysis, and strategic problem‑solving, with a proven ability to translate emerging technologies (e.g. AI, fintech platforms, tokenisation, digital services) into business value. Experience working across product, technology, UX, data, and business teams is essential, as is strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Exposure to financial services or asset‑related industries is highly advantageous.
