Your new role

With this role, you will be reporting to the VP of Transformation with responsibilities below:

  • Project management in contact centres, primarily in system migration & transformation.
  • Managing clients and IT technical team in ensuring Project delivery.
  • Agile methodology.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Min 8 years of Project Management exposure.

  • Experienced in System migration & transformation at Contact Centre.

  • PMP/ PRINCE and other Project related certifications will be advantageous.
