Role:

We are currently searching for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support. To end users within the organisation. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for handling incoming queries, incidents, and requests related to IT equipment and systems.

A global leader in the F&B company, known for achieving industry firsts in drone delivery, app ordering, voice assistants, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality.

Here's what you can expect from your new role:

• Respond to incoming calls, service desk tickets, emails, or chats from end users.
• Provide assistance either via email or over the phone, ensuring adherence to service desk objectives.
• Work with desktop/network teams and other workgroups on projects and initiatives.

What would you need?

• Experience in L1 Service Desk support for End-User computing
• Hands-on experience with O365, Networking, MDM, ITSM, POS, SharePoint
• Willing to do 8 hours rotational shifts

Annual Salary Range:

Up to MYR 6,000 per month
