You will be joining a multinational company established in the United States, with operations across the globe. You will be part of their shared services hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, supporting their Japan operations. Your workplace is highly accessible by public transport.
Your new role
You will ensure the success of the Japan market through responsibilities such as but not limited to:
- Supporting Travel and Expense (T&E) tasks
- Processing vendor invoices
- Processing payment and address queries related to Accounts Payable
- Liaise with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies in invoice
- Supporting certain month-end closing tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1/2/3) and business-level English
- Minimum 3–6 or more years of work experience in accounting / finance / related areas
- Experience working with Japanese stakeholders
- Education in accounting / finance will be an added advantage.
