Your new company :

You will be joining an organisation that provides a variety of professional services, in areas such as accounting and finance, and business expansion, to their clients globally. They are welcoming Japanese speakers to join their office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which is highly accessible by public transport.

Your new role :

You will be the liaison person for Japanese clients (companies), providing consultation to them in Japanese or other languages, via email, meetings, or calls. You will utilise your accounting / financial knowledge while closely collaborating with Malaysian operational teams to provide solutions to clients on various professional matters, e.g. finance, tax, payroll, establishment of a company in Malaysia, business operations, etc.

As part of your role, you will also

• Translate enquiries/documents from Japanese to English and relaying them to relevant operational teams in Malaysia.
• Review financial accounts of clients and recommending suitable improvements to accounting operations
• Contribute to financial projects and other projects in collaboration with relevant teams

What you'll need to succeed :

• Professional/native-level Japanese proficiency
• Minimum 2–5 years' work experience in professional services / banking / accounting / finance-related areas
• Business-level English proficiency
• Confidence and good communication skills
