You will be joining an established multinational finance and funding company that provides financial services to its global clients. Your office location will be within Selangor which is accessible by public transport.
Your new role
You will contribute to the success of specific finance projects through responsibilities such as the below, while utilising your Japanese proficiency:
Monitoring new systems and performing user acceptance testing (UAT)
Liaising with clients and business partners to provide solutions when necessary
Providing guidance and training to stakeholders in using systems
Supporting finance operations e.g. processing finance documents
Supporting administrative tasks and accurate documentation
What you'll need to succeed
- Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above). Mandarin proficiency will be a plus.
- Min 1 year of work experience in shared services centre or similar environment
- Ideally, experience in areas such as accounting/finance operations (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable), administration / customer service / general operations etc.
- Ability to adapt to changes in work priorities
- Stable work history
