Your new role
You will have the exciting opportunity to learn and manage all human resources matters such as recruitment, learning and development (L&D), compensation and benefits, and managing relationships with employees and the management.
You will also be in charge of finance and administrative tasks, to ensure smooth operations of your company.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent Japanese proficiency (first-language-level would be an advantage)
- About 1 to 5 years' work experience in any HR area
- Business-level English proficiency
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
