Your new role

They are seeking a driven and strategic Key Account Executive to join their team. This role is critical in strengthening our presence across the central region, focusing on private and government hospitals. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving growth in CNS therapeutic areas.

What you'll need to succeed

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals (private & government).
• Drive sales and market share growth for CNS products.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and partnership development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What you'll get in return

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in CNS or speciality care.
• Strong knowledge of hospital sales dynamics and key account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the central region.
