A leading tech giant, MNC, is looking for an experienced KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to manage their TELCO CLIENT !
Your new role as the KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER [TELCO]
- Serve as the project owner and successfully operate all levels of projects.
- Responsible for customer relationships and projects of the assigned Account.
- Lead the negotiation strategies while improving the contract terms to be in line with operation needs.
- Build and improve relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Maintain insight into competitors and be able to provide targeted competitive solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years of sales/ account management working experience in the telecommunication industry or has strong relationships with Telco clients. Excellent customer relationships, account management, contract management and project management skills.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Product/Solution knowledge in server, networking, data centre, storage, networking, infra, IT infra, etc.
