Your new role

They are a leading pharmaceutical company committed to improving lives through innovative consumer health solutions. Their portfolio spans across wellness brands, and trusted healthcare essentials. As they expand their footprint, they're looking for a strategic key account manager to drive growth and strengthen partnerships with key retail clients.

• Manage and grow strategic accounts with international pharmacy chains (e.g., Watson, Guardian)
• Develop and execute joint business plans to drive sales and brand visibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution
• Analyse market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities
• Lead negotiations, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of key account management experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer health industry
• Strong track record working with international chain pharmacies (Watson, Guardian, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
