A leading FinTech company connecting and serving consumers, businesses, banks and central banks from Malaysia and ASEAN to Europe and the USA. Currently, they serve over 100 banks and FinTech companies worldwide from their offices across Malaysia & Indonesia. They are now looking for a strong Lead UX/UI Designer.

Your new role

As the Lead UX/UI Designer, you will have the opportunity to lead and set a world-class standard for their growing UX/UI Design team. You will have 1 Designer under you to start with while you build and grow the team further in the near future. You will be joining at their crucial Transformation phase where ideas on incorporating AI into workflows and processes are open and welcome.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong end-to-end Design experience from UX to UI
• Capable of working independently, experienced and ready to take on a Lead role
• Keen exposure and interest in implementing transformative solutions into processes e.g. AI
