Exciting Opportunity for Legal Counsel!

Your new company
Our client is a well-established MNC in the energy industry, and they are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.

Your new role
As the Legal Counsel, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide legal support in company’s projects, due diligence exercises, partnerships, joint ventures, contracts and legal issues arising out of projects in execution in Malaysia.
  • Work closely with the project teams and other functions.
  • Ensure company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks.

What you’ll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this highly visible role, you will need to have:
  • Minimum 7 years PQE.
  • Experience in energy, construction, oil & gas or any other relevant industry.
  • Well-versed in end-to-end project management from a legal perspective.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
