Your New Role

As a Legal Executive, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Oversee all legal matters across the organisation

• Draft, review and vet through contracts and agreements

• Collaborate cross functionally with other business units to ensure compliance as per statutory requirements

• Provide legal advisory and support for all litigation matters

• Coordinate with external parties for any other legal matters

• Manage administrative files

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure you are qualified for this role, you must:

• Have a minimum of 2 years inhouse working experience

• Strong corporate commercial experience

• Strong drafting skills

• Strong stakeholder management experience

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• IT industry background is a plus point
