Exciting Legal Manager with MNC!
Your Company
This organisation is a reputable and well-established PLC within the healthcare industry. With the aim of expanding their global market presence, they are on the hunt for a Legal Manager.

Your New Role
As a Legal Manager, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Provide support to the stakeholders of the organisation
  • Vet through all legal matters with regards to mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and more
  • Provide legal advisory for all transactions to achieve the organisation’s objectives
  • Conduct risk analysis and provide solutions to mitigate all risks
  • Act as primary liaison with external counsels
  • Monitor legal trends and report the potential impact on the organisation

What you’ll need to succeed
To ensure you are qualified for this role, you must:
  • Bachelor’s of Laws (LL.B) or higher qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 7 years working experience
  • Strong M&A experience
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
