Your new role

As a Digital Product Manager – Lending Solutions, you will lead the end-to-end development and management of lending products.

• Driving product innovation and lifecycle management for digital lending solutions.

• Identifying potential digital solutions and strategic business partners.

• Collaborating with UI/UX teams, business analysts, and project managers to deliver best-in-class products.

• Assessing new product launches and creating roadmaps for releases.

• Implementing data-driven strategies to boost product adoption.

• Leading holistic marketing initiatives to acquire, retain, and upsell customers.

• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Min. 7 years of experience in digital product management within lending products (personal loans, BNPL, micro-lending).
• Proven track record in product launches and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of lending products, credit scoring, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High adaptability, analytical mindset, and customer-first orientation.
