Your new role
As the Logistics General Manager, you will be the face of the company’s logistics operations, responsible for running the business smoothly across regions. This role will oversee end‑to‑end logistics activities, from warehousing and distribution to after‑sales order management, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will bring teams together, align processes, and drive improvements that strengthen both local execution and global coordination.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end logistics operations, covering inbound and outbound flows, warehousing, distribution, and transportation with accountability for cost, speed, and service quality
- Solid background in after‑sales order management, including fulfilment, returns, and customer service processes, ensuring smooth post‑sales operations and high customer satisfaction
- Ability to identify operational bottlenecks quickly, design practical solutions, and implement improvements that keep business activities running without disruption
- Deep understanding of global and local compliance requirements, including trade regulations and customs frameworks, to ensure shipments move without delays or penalties
- Track record of streamlining workflows, standardising practices, and introducing systems that improve efficiency, scalability, and long‑term sustainability
- Hands‑on experience with ERP/SAP platforms and logistics technologies, enabling accurate tracking, reporting, and integration across regions
- Strong people management and regional stakeholder management experience.
