Logistics & Warehouse Manager (FMCG) (Klang Valley)

Your new role

In your new role, you will oversee and optimise logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. You will manage transportation, inventory control, and distribution, coordinating with third-party logistics providers to meet B2B, B2C, and last-mile delivery requirements. You will develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with regulations. Leading a team, you will foster a collaborative work environment and drive process improvements. Your efforts will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced in the FMCG industry - hands-on operational experience in logistics, including B2B and B2C import/export, last-mile deliveries, and related activities across SEA.
  • Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Skilled in coordinating and liaising with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, including the development and implementation of SOPs and KPIs.
  • Experienced in implementing process and system improvements within the logistics function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide day-to-day logistics problem-solving and support to Southeast Asia (SEA) markets, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Execute trade compliance activities, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
