Your new company

You will be joining an MNC IT Services Company that has recently won a huge Global project. They are currently looking for multiple headcounts of M365 Tech Leads to join their office in KL.

Your new role

• You will lead technical escalations and provide expert-level troubleshooting regarding M365 and SCIM

• You will mentor and support a team of technical M365 engineers and ensure they meet the client's target, monitor the team's performance and KPI.

• You will review backlog cases on daily basic to ensure cases are follow up as per SLA

• You will demonstrate excellent knowledge on M365 products (mainly on AD, AAD, Teams, Sharepoint, DNS etc).

• You will document all incidents, technical problems and changes with relevant information to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

  What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 7 years of Technical experience focusing on SCIM, O365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Compliance, MFA, DLP, Encryption.

• Hands-on with Azure AD Authentication, Azure AD Sync, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

• Fluent proficiency in Mandarin - read, write, and speak
