Your new role

• Manage an Agile Squad within the Global Enterprise Services (GES) team, driving daily delivery and collaboration while reporting to the Managed Cloud Product Manager.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritise the backlog, and manage interdependencies across squads to ensure timely and valuable delivery.
• Gather and translate new demands into features and user stories, contribute to product vision, and oversee build, rollout, and performance tracking based on defined KPIs.
• Handle incident management (L2/L3), maintain product and service catalogue consistency, and ensure accurate resource forecasting and utilisation.
• Provide input for IT financial management (ITFM), including roadmap funding, variance analysis, ROI tracking, and alignment with strategic goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years in on-premise data centre management; 7+ years with Azure IaaS and server ops.
• Certified Product Owner with strong product management experience.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and experienced in global, complex environments.
