Your new role
- Drafting, preparing and reviewing various documents and minutes.
- Assist HOD in planning/implementing procedural and administrative systems
- Advising the Boards / Management in matters of good governance and changes in legislation
- Ensure the company is in accordance with the Companies Act
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 to 8 years of experience
- PLC experience
- Strong command of English
- Strong stakeholder management
