This prestigious financial institution is looking for a Credit Approval Manager (Commercial Banking) to join their fast growing team

Your new role

In this role, you'll handle the processing, approval, or rejection of A/As within your discretionary powers, or escalate them to higher management if needed. You'll also review and authorise credit recommendations for approval by the relevant authorities, ensuring they align with the bank's credit policy, business plan, and lending direction. Additionally, you'll ensure that credit propositions are processed within the standard turnaround time.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success in this role, you will possess:

At least 7 years of Credit Risk / Credit Management / Credit Approval experience within Commercial / Corporate Banking
Relevant professional qualifications in Risk Management / Credit would be ideal
Possess strong stakeholder management skills with good interpersonal skills
