Your new role

You'll be responsible for being the escalation point for the team if there are any issues that arise. You are also responsible for building a quality team, training and developing them to provide operational goals. Besides that, you will have to display leadership skills and communication skills. What's valued from you is also the management of resources that can ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy and within the time frame within the deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLA). You are accountable for the satisfaction of clients by achieving their expectations through service excellence. Lastly, you will have to deliver effective operations by managing the team against goals and constantly providing improvement ideas.

What you'll need to succeed

At least 7 years of experience within the financial services sector with extensive knowledge of the Investment Fund process.

• Solid Investment Risk experience with a reputable practice with the drive and determination to succeed with a top firm

• Sound knowledge of financial products and investment instruments.
