A leading multinational organisation within the financial services sector is seeking a skilled IT Audit professional to join its Internal Audit team. The company is well-established across the region, offering a strong governance environment, structured career progression, and a hybrid working setup.

Your new role

You will take on a Manager, IT Audit position, supporting the internal audit function in strengthening IT governance, risk management, and controls.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the development and execution of the IT audit plan in alignment with organisational risk priorities
  • Leading and reviewing IT audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
  • Evaluating IT systems, processes, and controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Reviewing audit working papers and ensuring quality, completeness, and compliance with audit methodology
  • Preparing and presenting audit findings to senior stakeholders and governance committees
  • Providing practical recommendations to enhance control effectiveness
  • Managing audit timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication effectively
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of audit frameworks, tools, and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT audit, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end IT audit engagements
  • Strong understanding of IT risk, controls, and governance frameworks
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or ISMS Lead Auditor (highly advantageous)
  • Background in audit/consulting firms or financial services is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
