Your New Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading market intelligence and sales promotion strategy coordination to support the organisation’s overall business growth. You will act as the bridge across all sales and marketing activities and partners, ensuring all promotional and commercial activities are competitive, well-governed, and aligned with market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse Total Industry Volume, market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to guide commercial strategy.
  • Track market size, growth rates, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly market performance dashboards and insights for senior management.
  • Identify commercial risks, business opportunities, and competitive shifts.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise monthly sales promotion activities based on market conditions.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for promotions, demo vehicles, and division spending.
  • Organise joint activities and banking events to strengthen partnerships and customer offerings


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market and financial data.
  • Experience in automotive, FMCG, consumer goods, telco, or other high-volume industries is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales planning, trade marketing, commercial analysis, or pricing.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and confidence in liaising with cross-functional teams and external partners (especially banks).
  • High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
