Job Board Advertising and Operation Excellence

• Manage all aspects Of external job board administration by information updating, quota Allocation, user management, and also identifying advertising Opportunities within job board site
• Measure, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of each job board and make recommendations for improvements
• Research and evaluate any suitable external job boards or portal sites, making sure that we are keeping up-to-date with other local and global trends and advertising. opportunities (both for job ads and EDM campaigns)

Website & Hays Hub Maintenance

• Update fit-for-purpose content (including but not limited to press releases, blogs, promo-boxes) onto CMS system in the appropriate format
• Execute basic web management such as implementing HTML, JavaScript coding and 3rd party tags for trafficking campaigns, and debug creative rendering and tracking issues using HTML, Flash and JavaScript
  • Investigation of other benchmark sites of interest, making sure that we are keeping up to date with world-wide trends and opportunities candidate/client trends

Marketing Campaign and Projects Management

• Assist Head of Marketing SEA with various campaigns’ implementation and administration, marketing newsletters draft, and other digital initiatives where required
• Understand how content works in website and social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and blogs
  • Assist in evaluation and analysis of data gathered from all marketing campaigns, studies and results

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
• Hands on experience with HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and content management system
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Experience in using Adobe Suite would be beneficial, but not essential (Photoshop, PDF Editor, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• A clear and enthusiastic communicator, able to present to and gain the buy-in of a wide audience with high quality written communication skills
