Your new role
As Marketing Manager, you would be tasked in developing and strategising 360 marketing initiatives across ATL, BTL, digital and e-commerce while leading the Marketing Team.
What you'll need to succeed
- A background in retail marketing, preferably beauty experience. Open to FMCG and personal care as well.
- Annual marketing plan and budgeting, CRM and loyalty program experience
- People leadership
