Your new role

• Responsible for planning and daily operations of the medical laboratory

• Perform various medical testing procedures (e.g., haematology, biochemistry, immunology, urinalysis), primarily using flow cytometry

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (including flow cytometers, haematology analysers, centrifuges, microscopes, etc.)

• Conduct quality control (QC), instrument calibration, and maintain related records

• Draft and review laboratory test reports

• Collect and process various specimens (e.g., blood, urine, etc.)

• Manage the blood collection appointment system and communicate with clients regarding testing matters

• Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors and handle related administrative documentation

• Comply with local laboratory management regulations and relevant quality system requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience

• Familiar with laboratory testing procedures and routine instrument operation

• Understanding of GMP, ISO, and other quality management systems

• Must hold a valid Medical Laboratory Technologist registration under the Allied Health Profession Act

• Detail-oriented, with strong professional ethics and awareness of laboratory safety

• Strong communication skills, responsible, and a good team player

• Mandarin Speaker
