Your new role

• Provide functional and technical support for MES and shop floor systems, including mentoring and coaching team members.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and align solution strategies.
• Offer guidance on IT processes such as operating models, governance frameworks, and the system development life cycle (SDLC).
• Provide direction on relevant technologies and platforms including Azure, Cloud technologies, .NET, JavaScript, and others.
• Lead technical execution of solutions including requirements gathering, blueprinting, development, and deployment.
• Manage and execute system migration activities effectively and efficiently.

• What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in MES implementations or support in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in IT processes including operating models, governance, and delivery lifecycles.
  • Deep understanding of MES business processes and their integration with manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies such as .NET, Azure, and other modern platforms.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and guide team actions in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical analytical skills with a focus on innovation.
  • Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities.
  • Effective project planning and task management skills.
  • Solid project management experience.
