Your New Role
  • Delivering advanced technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Documenting and communicating technical solutions and processes.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and fostering lasting relationships with clients.
  • Continuously improving the company’s service delivery and actively seeking new opportunities for innovation.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • At least 5 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role, preferably in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with network administration, server management, and desktop support.
  • Exceptional at resolving complex IT challenges with precision, backed by strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas with ease.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA) are a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must, as the role involves servicing both local and overseas clients.
