Your New Role
You must have valuable hunting experience. As the Sales Leader, you will take charge of driving sales excellence in the Malaysian market. You’ll develop and execute impactful sales strategies, lead a high-performing sales team of 3–4 members, and drive revenue growth. From acquiring new clients and nurturing customer relationships to closing deals with C-level executives, your leadership will be integral to the organisation’s success. Team revenue targets range from 4-6 million USD annually per person, and an aim to scale up to 20 – 25 million USD. This role is for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented professional.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- At least 15 years of sales experience in the technology industry.
- Proven expertise in selling IT solutions and staffing in the Malaysian market.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing effective sales strategies.
- The ability to identify emerging trends and adapt strategies to align with customer needs.
- A holistic approach to supporting the team, converting leads, and driving success.
