Your new role

Our client is looking for an experienced Utility Manager for a multi-utility plant (non-manufacturing). As the lead, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the COO and other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.

What you'll need to succeed

• Manage all site teams to ensure all control and Instrumentation required are in place, fully functional, properly validated / calibrated and integrated seamlessly with existing SCADA and Smart O&M
• Drive and manage all on-site client communications and relationship management, including contract management of all sites and timely, accurate O&M reporting submission for both internal and external stakeholders;
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring seamless functioning.
• Responsible for the facility equipment/ systems/ activities related to steam and gas.
• Able to troubleshoot and provide engineering support and solutions on operations, preventive maintenance for steam-related facilities
• To plan for routine maintenance and scheduled inspection of the steam boiler
