This start-up Fintech company is currently expanding their business in the SEA region and hiring a Payment Operations Manager specialising in Payment Processing to join their business in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Your new role
As one of the pioneers of the Malaysia Operations team, you are required to:
Manage daily transaction processing, client & vendor management, cross-border remittance, reconciliation
Liaise with trade agencies & bankers.
Implement process improvements
Support & participate in strategic business planning & decision-making
Keep up-to-date on the latest regulatory & compliance requirements
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Banking/relevant qualification
At least 5 years of experience in Payment/Remittance/Transaction Banking Operations
Preferably experience from Fintech
Familiar with regulatory requirements related to payment transactions
Able to adapt to a fast-paced and flexible working environment
