Your new role

• Understand business needs and provide expert advice, services and solutions on payrolls, HR data, systems, and processes.
• Provide expert consultation in payroll and HR data practices by staying abreast of current and emerging market insights and legal legislation in local countries.
• Ensure data quality and data integrity for Payroll and HR data maintenance processes.
• Supports Assistant Manager and Manager in resolving escalation queries which may require cross unit collaboration, processes which are outside the standard operating procedure

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 years of experience of managing people’s data (inclusive of employee’s information, back-end documentation, and compilation of forms report). This role would need to support the India market.
• Preferably a candidate that has experience of using SAP systems
• Coming from a shared service background would be an advantage.
• A candidate that is adaptable, has good communication skills, and open to exploring new opportunities is highly recommended.
