Your new role

In this role, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Leading, designing and managing all L&D programs
· Identify training and development through job analysis & business requirements
· Design and plan training schedules and calendar
· Ensure Personal Development Plans (PDP) refresher programs are in place

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Strong strategic and operational experience in Learning and Development
· Prior experience in a similar role and environment
· Background in manufacturing would be an advantage
