Personal Assistant to the CEO
What you will do:
Manage CEO’s personal and professional calendar, travel itineraries, and email correspondence
Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements, including flight bookings and visa applications
Track and manage personal expenses, claims, and follow-ups (e.g., medical appointments)
Handle household-related admin tasks, including document renewals (passport, insurance), and reminders
Oversee vehicle-related matters: road tax, insurance renewals
Run occasional errands and support family logistics and special occasions
Maintain organized filing systems for personal documents
Potentially accompany CEO on site visits (local and international)
Provide basic legal insight on overseas regulations and local practices (preferred law background)
