You’ll be working for a reputable market-leader within the Insurance industry who is looking for a Policy Owner Service, Assistant Manager position to be based in Kuala Lumpur. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.

Your new role

In the leadership role, you’ll directly impact the business by utilising your knowledge and experience of Policy Servicing by driving projects, liaising with vendors and the IT department in order to raise UR, perform UAT and deploy projects. You’ll also have the platform to guide and mentor other members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Must be proficient in oral & written Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Robust knowledge of policy servicing operations
  • Skilled at overseeing & evaluating team performance metrics
  • It’s a PLUS to have experience in managing people
  • Driven & analytical in a collaborative environment
