Your new role
- Review and assess new insurance applications in line with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and agreed service standards, ensuring quality and turnaround expectations are met.
- Serve as a key point of support for Financial Consultants on new business–related queries and submissions.
- Manage appeal cases and matters escalated through the complaints process.
- Identify opportunities within the application workflow to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
- Support the daily processing of new business submissions on an end‑to‑end basis, including proposal assessment, approval, issuance, NTU, CFI, and related activities.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement within your own area of expertise to remain aligned with evolving business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
2–4 years of experience in the insurance industry is required.
Prior experience in New Business Admin will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work
Effective communication skills, especially in handling email correspondence
A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
