Your new role

• This role requires you to groom and grow a team of Software Engineers

• Serve internal clients with testing infrastructures.

• Define and develop web applications to better support projects delivery.

• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing and other business groups with global teams based in United States.

What you'll need to succeed

• Be based in Penang

• At least 5 years of working experience in Python

• Leadership experience of up to 2 years leading around 2-3 headcounts.

• Proficient in programming with a solid grasp of data structures and OOPs.

• Excellent communication skills, English preferred.
