You will join an established energy company involved in the development and delivery of large-scale renewable and infrastructure projects.

Your new role

• Lead and execute procurement strategies for large-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring an optimal balance of quality, cost, risk, and delivery timelines across solar and energy storage portfolios.

• Manage sourcing, evaluation, and performance of suppliers, contractors, and OEMs for major project components, including electrical systems, energy storage solutions, and balance‑of‑plant materials.

• Drive commercial negotiations, contracts, and framework agreements aligned with project budgets, schedules, and risk management objectives

• Partner closely with engineering, project delivery, and development teams to align procurement activities with technical specifications and project requirements.

• Proactively manage supply chain risks, conduct market benchmarking, and identify cost optimisation opportunities while maintaining strong governance and reporting standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or Suppy Chain/ Business Administration
• Strong commercial capability in supplier management, negotiations, and cost control across complex project environments.
• Industry experience in Large Scale Solar and/or BESS
• Comfortable working with Mandarin‑speaking suppliers to support sourcing, alignment, and commercial discussions.
