One of the largest hospitality groups is currently looking to hire a communications and product manager to look after their new collection of resorts around Southeast Asia.
Your new role
- Produce content to communicate efficiently with all stakeholders, ensure complementarity of channels (including shareholders).
- Implement continuous improvement of product information flows between marketing / sales teams, P&S and resorts teams thanks to optimised processus & tools
- Manage internal communication of product innovations and updates
- Drive guest experience improvements through regular analysis of feedback (e.g., GM Feedback, semantic analysis, Factorial analysis, Sales Feedback, claim management analysis)
- Coordinate quality monitoring initiatives (reports) and ensure follow-up actions are implemented by all departments.
What you need to succeed
- Strong experience in communications and product management with 7 years of experience doing communications.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, but the role is open to other industries.
- Versatility and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Fluency in English & French, both oral and written, is an added advantage.
