My client is a key player in the food industry that retains the collaborative spirit of an entrepreneurial business. They are looking for a Production Manager for their plant based in Johor.

*Candidates with prior experience leading maintenance, quality etc may be considered for a bigger role.

Your new role

You will look after the production team, ensuring outputs are right the first time with attention to safety and quality. You will be a figure that provides stability and guidance to the team, leading and inspiring them to adopt an ownership mindset and helping to enhance the way things are done.

What you'll need to succeed

• A passion and direct experience in manufacturing for bakery products or equivalent

• Production leadership experience of more than 5 years

• Commitment to be fully based in Johor
