A global engineering solutions provider specialising in indoor environmental and ventilation technologies is expanding its project delivery team in Malaysia. With a strong presence across the commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors, the company is looking for a technically driven engineer to support project execution and customer success.

Your new role

• Manage HVAC-related projects from planning and design review through installation and handover.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and technical support activities

• Drive project progress, identify risks early, and ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are achieved.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience managing engineering or HVAC projects from inception to completion

• Strong understanding of HVAC, ACMV, or mechanical building services systems

• Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate effectively with project stakeholders

• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working on-site to solve technical challenges
