Your new role

• Oversee the planning and implementation of marine technology projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a major in marine technology, is an added advantage. [Fresh graduates are welcomed]
• It must be available for heavy travel for overseas project purposes.
• Experienced in Tubular Running Services (TRS) or Pull operation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software
