Your new role

You will be tasked with developing, planning, and overseeing the Electrical & Instrumentation business. This role is deeply integrated with project management, strategic planning, and business development to penetrate the markets in the oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, and energy sectors. You will work closely with both local and international principals for support regarding equipment and services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ensure the business segment’s turnover and operating costs align with the maintenance plan.
• Supervise the technical and commercial aspects of sales submissions and the execution of projects.
• Formulate OPEX & CAPEX budget forecasts for the Electrical & Instrumentation division.
• Evaluate emerging electrical products/technologies for offshore facilities.
• Formulate and reassess the electrical preventive maintenance (PM) strategy for new setups or upgrades to existing equipment.
• Perform corrective maintenance, addressing repairs and malfunctions in electrical apparatuses.
• Conduct investigations to determine the underlying causes of power outages in offshore settings.
• Seeking out new commercial prospects within the Electrical & Instrumentation sector

What you'll get in return

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance.
• Proficient understanding of electrical apparatuses (e.g., Generators, Transformers, Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, Distribution Panels, and Motors) and offshore operations.
• Basic financial acumen.
