Your new role

• UAT Planning & Execution: Develop test strategies, coordinate UAT activities, prepare environments, and ensure proper stakeholder involvement and sign-offs.
• Stakeholder Support & Communication: Provide guidance and training during UAT, act as the main reference for UAT matters, and manage expectations effectively.
• Deployment & Risk Management: Collaborate with IT on deployment plans, perform impact analysis, and highlight risks related to system changes.
• Project Participation & Problem-Solving: Contribute to AML/CFT and other projects, proactively resolve issues, and offer well-analyzed recommendations.

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 3 years of working experience in the AML field

• Strong managerial skill

• Good communication, writing skills and interpersonal skills.
