This company is a leading Malaysian engineering and fabrication company that specialises in the offshore oil and gas industry. As They are currently had a few massive fabrication and construction project ongoing, hence looking for a Project Manager / Project Director to be part of the highly skilled professionals and state-of-the-art facilities team.

Your new role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the fabrication and construction phases of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also ensure effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that they are aligned with project goals and working together effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager, with a focus on fabrication and construction projects.
• Experience managing projects from initiation to closeout, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
