Your new role

• Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects from planning to completion
• Oversee site operations, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Monitor project progress and address risks, delays, and technical issues
• Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and communication
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to management

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 7–12 years’ experience in construction project management
• Proven experience delivering building or high-rise projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and project coordination
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced site environments and manage multiple priorities
