Your new role

As a Procurement Executive, you are responsible for the following:

• Oversee daily purchasing operations and reporting ensuring smooth execution aligned with company procedures.
• Support strategic initiatives and demand planning by analyzing sales trends and improving forecast accuracy.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate purchases for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring cost optimization and timely replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with purchasing SOPs, process purchase orders, and coordinate timely payments with finance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and government bodies to manage documentation, permits, and delivery logistics.
• Monitor market trends, review product costs and quality quarterly, and conduct supplier audits to drive continuous improvement.
• Track monthly KPI performance, identify shortfalls, and support mitigation planning.
• Assist in preparing budgets, updating SOPs, and providing purchasing support across departments.

What you'll need to succeed

• Min 2 years’ experience in FMCG purchasing
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Skilled in documentation, negotiation, and cost analysis
• Strong communicator, problem solver, and team player
